A collective housing object that carries forward the legacy of the R5 brand: stacked horizontal planes, offset volumes, a layered composition whose expression changes with the position of the viewer.
There is a perpetual dialogue and a tactile tension between the rough, telluric opacity of the graphite panels and the sharp purity of the white cantilevers.
The facade refuses to be a static limit; it acts as an apparatus for articulating the urban environment, vibrating constantly where the openness of public space meets the seclusion of the private.
Beyond its modernist lines, the volume proposes an anchoring in permanence: the clarity of the forms and the sobriety of the materials refuse the ephemeral of commercial trends, leaving a slow, grave imprint on the viewer’s visual memory.
The interior projects itself outwards with a protected vulnerability, dictating an experience of living in which the gaze is free to escape.
The architecture explores the overlapping of horizontal planes and the offsetting of volumes. Terraces, glazed surfaces and successive setbacks build a layered composition.

Matter and atmosphere
The deep spaces between the registers of the facade receive the passing of time: light washes the balconies and withdraws into the depth of the volume, turning the architecture into an enormous sundial, a silent witness of human routine.
